The Media Coverage Package includes:
- No fee
- Two (2) to three (3) Emerge Media representatives covering the event
- Up to four hours of coverage
- Event review to be promoted on blog and social media sites
- Periscope
- Pictures and video captured by representatives (not professionals in these fields) via smart phones, cameras, and recorders.
- Events in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland
The Media Coverage Package includes:
- Fee is determined according to event requirements
- Appropriate number of Emerge Media Representatives covering the event
- Hours of coverage determined by event requirements; can cover pre and post event times
- On-site interviews
- Red carpet hosting by CEO and/or COO of Emerge
- Pre-event promotion
- Event planning assistance
- Event review to be promoted on blog, social media sites, and in the magazine
- Periscope
- Pictures and video captured by representatives (not professionals in these fields) via smart phones, cameras, and recorders.
- Professional photographers and videographers, if desired.
- Event owns rights to all media captured
- Travel; travel must be covered if outside of Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland
